Our Story

HEATED. started with a simple idea:
 

What if taking care of ourselves was the norm, rather than something we viewed as a luxury?
 

That one shift in perspective changed the way I looked at wellness. Instead of seeing it as something I didn’t have time for, or something I had to earn, I began to see it as something we all deserve to prioritise.
 

It made me realise the importance of creating a health and wellness routine that feels right for you. For me, a big part of that became the sauna.
 

The sauna became my place to slow down, switch off, and reconnect. But there was one thing missing. All the sauna hats I could find were, well… not exactly stylish.
 

I wanted to create something different. A sauna hat that offered protection from the heat without compromising on style. Something functional, considered and genuinely enjoyable to wear.
 

And so, HEATED. was born.
 

Our first product is our premium sauna hat, crafted from 100% wool with a cotton twill headband for added comfort. Designed with both function and fashion in mind, it’s made to bring a little more style to your sauna sesh.
 

But HEATED. is about more than a hat.
 

It’s about changing the way we think about wellness, self-confidence and self-love.
 

We believe looking after yourself shouldn’t feel like an indulgence you have to earn. It should be part of everyday life. A commitment to yourself.
 

Because the more care you give yourself, the more you learn to value yourself, show up for yourself and recognise what you deserve.
 

And maybe that’s where confidence and self-love really begin.
